Back by popular demand, the Citra IPA! This IPA packs all the citrus punch that's promised in the name. The malt takes a backseat in this brew, while orange and grapefruit lead the way in flavor and aroma. Norwegian Kveik yeast provides supporting melon and floral notes that blend seamlessly into every quenching sip. The perfect brew to celebrate the end of the school year and kick-off summer!

BIERGARTEN HERO / KOLSCH / 4.8%ABV

Water's End's Biergarten Hero starts off with the VERY best European malts and hops and we add a little know-how and patience.  In traditional Kölsch tradition, we use a true Kölsch bier yeast strain and a fermentation regimen. Kölsch is a hybrid beer style, meaning that it uses ale yeast and is cold conditioned like a lager. The best of both worlds, if you ask us!
